Returns

• Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery or purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and the original invoice/bill.

• Returns requested after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

• Items without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

• Customized or specially ordered products.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos of the item and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
